Applications

The assay follows a straightforward enzyme immunoassay procedure:

  1. Add samples and controls to antibody-coated wells.
  2. Incubate for 45 minutes at 37°C and wash.
  3. Add enzyme conjugate.
  4. Incubate for 30 minutes at 37°C.
  5. Wash the wells.Add TMB substrate.
  6. Incubate for 60 minutes at 37°C.
  7. Add stop solution.Read the results.
